Trades arrive on the agreed date, the job is overseen by your named contact, and you get progress updates as it goes.
Walk-through with you, snag list cleared, invoice matches the quote, certificate issued where applicable.

Yes. A leaking tap, a broken socket, a cracked tile — all of it. There's no minimum job size; if it's worth calling us about, it's worth quoting.
Repairs — usually within 24–48 hours of acceptance. Planned maintenance — typically within the week. Construction projects — programme agreed at quote stage, normally 2–6 weeks from acceptance.
£2m public liability and employer's liability. Trade-specific certifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, etc.) carried by the relevant tradespeople. Certificates available on request.
Standard hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm. For commercial contracts and pre-arranged work we can schedule outside those hours. There's no premium on most planned work.
Yes — fit-outs, refurbs and ongoing maintenance for offices, retail, hospitality and managed buildings across London.
Small repairs — on completion. Larger projects — staged payments tied to milestones in the contract. Maintenance — monthly retainer. Everything in writing before work starts.
