Insta Asset Management Ltd was built around a simple idea — that calling a tradesperson shouldn't mean chasing three different contractors. So we brought repairs, construction and maintenance under one roof.

Insta Asset Management Ltd grew out of years working in London properties — homes, rental portfolios, commercial units. The same problem kept coming up: clients wanted one reliable number, not three different trades who wouldn't talk to each other.

Today we operate across London and the home counties with a tight team of qualified tradespeople, project managers and an office that picks up the phone. From a leaking tap to a full refurbishment, you'll speak to the same team the whole way through.
